Here's how to reset your password.

Click the "Log in" button to access the "Log in" screen

Click the "Forgotten or reset password" link

Enter your username (the email address you registered with) and click the button

If you entered your username correctly you will get a confirmation that an email has been sent to the email address you are registered with. You can safely close this window and check your email inbox.

A link to reset your password will be sent to you via email. If you don't receive it check your junk mail folder. Click the link to reset your password (there are actually two links, on separate lines, but they will open up the same page).

Enter your new password in the top password field. Enter the same password again in the bottom field to ensure you typed it in correctly.

The "thumbs-up" icon indicates that the passwords you entered match - click the button to save your new password....

...and click the "Log in" button.

You can now log in using your username and the new password you have just created.
